Conrad is a total gem... ended up saving us money because of his knowledge and advice about something else. The gate quote (along with high ratings here on Home Advisor) was so spot on (as well as the knowledge exhibited while discussing the project) - anyway, it was all so good we didn't even pursue a second quote.
