"The service I received from Cam and Mike at Top Rail Fence has been amazing! They are professional, friendly and so easy to work with. From start to finish, they took the time to listen to what I wanted and the end result is beautiful! Miguel and Javier worked tirelessly to get the old fence wood removed and the new vinyl fence installed in just one day! Beyond a five-star performance by the whole team at Top Rail Fence!"

"Things started well right from the start.ย An email was sent to me which provided me with a photo of the salesperson who would be coming so that I would be sure I was dealing with the right people.ย The price on the garage door was higher than that provided by other vendors but the quality of the door was higher and the job was going to entail replacing all of the hardware that had been in place.ย It made sense since some of the hardware was in-place since 1979 and it was time to go. None of the other vendors were going to do this.ย
The gutters were installed by a different team - and on a different date - from the garage door team.ย Both of them were polite, efficient and prompt.ย
The only thing I would have wished is that I would have been able to make one call and be able to get information on both projects.ย The way DiGiorgi is structured, each area is separate and you need to call each area individually.

"I am very grateful for the work that was done to "repair" a stone wall, for many reasons. I knocked it down by mistake with my car and promised the homeowner that I would get it fixed. Here is why I am overjoyed with the work: 1. The Best Fencing and Masonry was very prompt 2. Their price was very reasonable 3. The homeowner is 100 percent pleased 4. The owner was very pleasant to work with I cannot say enough about how happy I am with his work. I was not there but he sent a photo and I checked in with the homeowner and they are completely satisfied. I would most definitely call on the again!"
Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If itโs clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When itโs right on the property line, state lawsโCalifornia and Illinois are two examplesโusually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what youโre on the hook for.
Start by walking the fence line and noting every issueโloose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, theyโll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.
Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
