"Juan & Precise Fence provide a A+ job at a competing price. We had 600 feet of black aluminum and 400 feet of farmer fence installed at our home. Juan provide the skills do the entire job from start to finish. Other fence companies wanted us to hire other contractors to complete task such as clearing debris, tree limbs removal, leveling yard or constructing a farmer fence. "I wanted to replace my 32 year-old cedar fence with a two tone vinyl one. It was difficult to find an installer who could get what I wanted until I called Modern Fence. Mike returned my call almost immediately, came to my home, had exactly the fence I wanted and gave me an extremely reasonable estimate. The specifications were meticulously diagramed and the contract was explicit. My fence was installed within the promised timeframe and the property was left in immaculate condition.
