She showed up and gave us a one hour free consultation, helping us choose flooring and tiles for the bathroom - they came out so elegant, I wouldnâ t have picked anything remotely close as beautiful! Shelly really brought on a valuable addition to our bathroom renovation project - her great taste - on top of her teamâ s excellent craft, all the finishing touches and all done within reasonable amount of time! We also were quoted for a flat fee, all materials and labor included. But in the end we had asked Shellyâ s team to complete a few additional tasks, such as putting on door knobs and installing a ceiling fan, adding a towel bar and framing small tiles around a cabinet - she didnâ t even charge us for an extra day of work!! We were truly grateful. If you hired her company youâ ll be delighted with the experience and very pleased with the result!"

"I am handy myself and tried to fix my clogged sink. Liquid plumber did not work. My plunger was not working, my snake did not work, I took apart the pipes under the sink and used my snake, still no good. I needed a plumber with an electric snake. I found Mike on Homeadvisor and he gave me a price of $60 to come and fix it. GREAT PRICE !! What should have taken 10 minutes to fix, turned into a 7 hour nightmare. Turns out something broke within the pipe lines and trying to find the right pipe behind the walls was a real horror and just took forever. I thought for sure Mike would leave and give up, but instead, he was super friendly, persistent and assured me he would find it. Well, after many hours, he did. He cut out metal pipe that he clearly showed me was the issue, replaced it with PVC pipe, tested to make sure all was working, made sure nothing was leaking. As tired as he was after this long day, he still took the time to clean up the mess and I stopped him telling him ill take care of it. Of course the job went from $60 to $85 an hour, but I can tell you that from the many years of using plumbers, that was very fair. He could have taken total advantage of me, but he did not. I highly recommend Mike and will surely use him again. Just hope I don't have to !!!"

He is always on time which is super important. He has all of the best equipment and resources to handle our metal work. Raj is very meticulous about restoring our ironwork and framing jobs. In the last project he replaced 4 windows and restored the ironwork and framing on our 19th Century Stone building. The best part was that he saved us money, time and effort by reusing a metal security door that we were discarding to make a window cover. That skill and thought saved us weeks and several hundreds of dollars. That happened because he had the equipment and the skill to cut the metal and restore it on premises. We highly recommend his services, and we will continue to use him for future projects."
