I either had places give me sky high bids or no-bids at all. Jeremy gave me a decent rate and had his team remove the big brush pile out of my driveway within 5 hours of the initial quote. My driveway was left clean and the brush was gone without a big dent in the wallet."

I got a few calls from company's but one said the job was too small the other keep dragging his feet then he want more money to do the job than what he quoted me. I reposted the job a few weeks later. Gerard called me a few minutes after I posting for the job, I told him what the project was, he said "yes" he could do the job but explain to me he was finishing up another project and would call me next week. I sent Gerard some photo's and measurements, a couple of days later Gerard sent me drawings of the rail. Gerard said he would be able to do it in a few days. They were successful with removing all the green mold and grime that had collected on the roof. They were very neat and removed the roof dirt that dripped on the siding and windows. They worked as a team very diligently and made sure I was pleased with the work. One shingle above the front door was showing wear and they happily replaced with a new shingle that I supplied.
