"Santiago and his crew are easy to work with, very professional, and do more than excellent concrete they do vinyl fencing with the same professional manner. In over 36 years of home ownership and having concrete pour I have never had a contractor that did it the old fashioned way with rebar and drilling rebar into any existing foundation.
