When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! "High winds damaged two sections of our 6' wooden fence and snapped the post in-between. Rich came out the next day and got the two sections up and braced. We'll have them back out in the spring when they can replace and cement the post and strengthen any other sections as preventive maintenance for the future.
