"Seth and his team did an excellent job. We were given options on materials and how to solve our fence questions. They built a beautiful cedar fence with smooth operating gates. The gates have openings for our dog to see out,and they solved a transition where the fence meets a retaining wall. Thanks for the great service and craftsmanship."

"I had a fence i wanted done around my house this guy did a extraordinary job, couldn't be any happier with the Workmanship, very professional thanks guys"

"Our neighbors in a new-build community were so happy with the fence D&D installed that all of the surrounding homeowners -ourselves included- decided to go with them as well. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Daniel, one of the owners, is incredibly friendly and personable, which made the entire process smooth and pleasant. I’m very particular, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything met my expectations. They’re a local, family-owned business that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Seriously impressed!"

"Luke did an excellent job installing a wooden fence to replace an older fence in our backyard. He showed up on time and put in 88 feet of fence in about 13 hours. That included removing the old fence and taking it away plus rehanging a large gate. The fence is nice and straight and is very solidly built, out of good cedar. I would not hesitate to use this company again."

"Ivan was meticulous with the power washing. I could not be happier. The stain looks beautiful , but wii have to wait those about longevity. I am considering them to paint my house when the time (& $) are in hand."

"Working with Top Rail Fence was easy and pain free. Stephen and his team were highly professional, providing clear communication throughout. The installation process was efficient, and the finished fence exceeded my expectations."

"Pablo did an excellent job of reattaching my fence after our HOA detached it from the wing wall of my unit (due to wing wall repair). Looking at the finished product, I can see his attention to detail is impeccable. The fence is straight and looks great, even though it is an old fence. He replaced the latch and the door hinge and repositioned the stone slab in front of the door path so the door could swing freely. And he cleaned after himself. The place is left exactly as before. I am very satisfied with his work. His price is very reasonable with a great result. He works fast, and he is responsive in answering my text. He is also easy to work with. Total time: it took him around 4 hrs to finish the work, with a lot of digging for the four posts. I recommended him to my next-door neighbor, who needs to do the same work I did. She also hired him to do the job after seeing the result and his reasonable price. I will definitely hire Pablo again for future projects."

"fast, courteous, does what they say they will do."

"David Kimsey of in the Grain Houseworks was very personable, honest, he was the first one to get back to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend David Kimsey of In the Grain Houseworks."
