The fence is a dual sided redwood privacy fence that he hand cut on the last plank to line it up with the curves of a tree! We mentioned that the neighbors didn't want to be able to see through it, so he ensured they can't. I also appreciate that he took an old gate I wanted to repurpose as a trash can screen and incorporated it into the fence design with no problem. I see this fence outside my window and along my walkway so I really wanted to make sure I made the right choice in fence companies and Guillermo exceeded my expectations!"

"Overall I am very pleased with my new fence. It took a few months to get them out to walk the job and schedule, but I was told that when I called (I think Covid home improvement demand kept them busier than normal). Mark showed up as scheduled, made some good recommendations on his proposal. It was a big job and I was told it might take 1 1/2 days, but they completed the entire job in one day and left the yard spotless. The crew was hard working, polite and efficient. "I contacted Vinyl Professionals right after the Tick Fire destroyed half of our fence. I was referred to them by a local Facebook group (they had the most recommendations). They were able to schedule an appointment quickly for me. Vilen was the salesman who showed up to take measurements, discuss my options, and provided a written quote right then and there. When I called him back 3 months later to finally proceed, he still had all of my information handy. He was able to come over again the very next day to remeasure, confirm my order, and take the deposit (they offered several options to make a deposit which was really helpful!). Since only half our fence burned, we were trying to match what we already had, which was several years old. After the deposit was made, Vilen said it'd be about a week for them to install. Imagine my surprise when they were able to schedule me in just a day later!!! Although it was a smaller project, they had 4 workers come to dispose of our old fence, prepare the grounds, and install the new fence. They were done in just a few hours. They cleaned up all the debris and the fence to make it look sparkly new! They were very professional and friendly. Vilen called after they were done to make sure I was happy with the final product. They did a beautiful job of taking out the old fence that was on a rocky hillside and entangled in thorn hedge plants, dug new post holes and cemented the posts on the hottest day in many a month. They completed the mounting of the wrought iron fence the next day and we were completely satisfied with everything. They cleaned up around the work area which was appreciated. Beto was great to work with and was very accommodating. I do not remember the names of the other two very hard working men but their work is to be admired. We highly recommend this company."
