"We had Charles come out to install a new tub/shower combo, and the experience was great. Our old tile shower had started leaking through the grout, which led to black mold developing underneath. To prevent that issue from happening again, we decided to switch to a fiberglass unit. Charles did an excellent job with the installation—everything looks clean, solid, and professionally done.
