We had our cabinets refaced, a new countertop installed, a new microwave moved and installed, and a garbage disposal, sink, and cooktop installed. Everything looks wonderful. It was easy to make a drawing of my table using the materials and instructions they mailed to me. I chose the colors for the top and bottom and sent in my order. 
The pads fit perfectly and give me great piece of mind. Our beautiful teak table has been damaged over the years and I didn't want to get it refinished until I had a way to protect it. Now, I just have wait for an Angie's List furniture refinishing deal.

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "During a day when everyone in Pittsburgh was having a leak, they were the only ones to call me back. They came that afternoon to stop the leak and rip out the small area of dry wall. They replaced the part of the roof that needed to be fixed within a week and also repaired the affected area inside the house within a week. I had to call them a few times to remind them to come back to finish the work, but the owner was very sick, so he had a good reason. The job was reasonably priced and they did an A+ job. Highly recommend.

"Ron and Jay returned my phone calls promptly, arrived on time and were kind enough to remove their shoes at the door. They initiated minor plaster repair and were unable to sand it smooth because it had not dried sufficiently by the time they wanted to finish. The work was completed in three and one half hours with minimal spatter and overflow on the carpet edge in only one small area. The painting was very well done and I have ask the to return for another project. I will however, have any spackling done ahead of time so that can dry and be properly sanded."
