However, when he returned again to measure and choose the cabinets I asked when it would be started he said not until late Sept. Which was a great disappointment for me. I paid $9,000 that day so he could order the cabinets etc. (Which he did. Tate is very accommodating and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I guess the delay is due to the waiting time for the cabinets to be ready. Hopefully, the job will not be delayed again!"

"I had my house windows CLEANED (inside/outside)--not repaired. The house is almost 30 years old and the windows (to my knowledge as 3rd owner) are original to the house. Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off. I was satisfied with their patience and professionalism in handling my return request. I would hire them again."
