She said they had a problem with the machine that made the locking mechanism work. The problem had been corrected and they would send me another. I did not have to return the defective one. They gave me a time that the new one would be done and delivered and their estimate was exact as to the time that it would take. They were highly professional and made me feel like I mattered to them. I am highly satisfied. The new one is perfect. They offered a good selection of finishes for the top and color for the bottom of the pads. The new pad was carefully packaged and arrived in terrific condition. "Thomas was the lead and he was extremely professional. He kept everything moving smoothly and made sure the other boys were doing their jobs correctly, wrapping furniture, breakables, dismantling furniture correctly. He was in there sweating right along with them. All the other boys were very pleasant and hard working. At the end of the day when everything was being reassembled I noted the bed was reassembled correctly. It turned out that a critical connecting tool was missing. Lost or left at old house? Thomas was willing to drive back to search for it and return it and assemble the bed appropriately. The integrity and professionalism that was so apparent with these young men was a refreshing change from many other companies who have a "Greet 'um, Treat 'um, and Street 'um"! I will absolutely recommend and will use this company again.
