At the end of the day when everything was being reassembled I noted the bed was reassembled correctly. It turned out that a critical connecting tool was missing. Lost or left at old house? Thomas was willing to drive back to search for it and return it and assemble the bed appropriately. The integrity and professionalism that was so apparent with these young men was a refreshing change from many other companies who have a "Greet 'um, Treat 'um, and Street 'um"! I will absolutely recommend and will use this company again.
