"I bought a Big Deal, $99 for $200 of interior wood repair.  I had severe, deep damage on my wooden sliding glass door caused by one of my dogs.  It was about 6 feet of deep claw marks. Dean contacted me a few days after i bought the big deal and was flexible with me about scheduling .  On the agreed upon day, Dean showed up on time and began to work.  By the time he was done you couldn't tell there was ever any damage.  He had filled the scratches, sanded the areas and primed the wood.  I was very impressed with his meticulousness.  I would definitely recommend him for your repair.

I called the company to explain the wrong measurements and gave new measurements for the end piece and one other piece. The end piece then sent to me was wrong again."

I happened to be in Westfield one day and just walked into their showroom without an appointment. I was impressed by how quickly I was greeted and how helpful they were in answering questions. Jered came up with some preliminary designs and then, later, Bob came to my house to go over the design and make final adjustments. He was really helpful in scaling the cabinets to my small house and suggesting good choices for the doors, cabinet caps, and hardware. I ordered the cabinets on April 2 and they were installed on June 10. This schedule worked fine for me since I needed to have painting done and carpet removed before that date. The cabinetmakers who installed the cabinets, Enes and Nate, are skilled craftsmen and did a beautiful, meticulous job. The cabinet materials and construction are very high quality and well worth the price. I could have bought free-standing furniture for a similar price, but the built-ins (and the quality) are a real improvement to my house. I also liked using a local company. I can definitely recommend this company."

Due to a cancellation Ty accommodated me the same week I called to schedule, and he spent nearly 6.5 hours detailing my 13-year old Acura I was planning to sell. He addressed both interior and exterior items on a list I left for him (at no additional cost), and was up front that a scratch on the hood + scratches on both the front and rear bumper could not be buffed out or repaired by him. The eventual purchaser of my vehicle was also amazed at the results and the attention to detail, and I will no doubt use this company again plus recommend to others. Along with the quality of the workmanship, I love the added convenience of his coming to my residence."
