"Both pieces were finished beautifully. All damage has been repaired in a way that makes the repairs just blend in with the piece. The console table was also made sturdier. Each piece has been restored to have the natural amount of patina that would accompany their age, so they both look like they were well taken care of instead of looking like they are brand new. Luciano takes obvious pride in what he does. He came to the house, examined each piece, explained their history and the techniques that were used to build them, described how he would propose refinishing them, provided an estimate, etc. When he left to take the pieces to his workshop, I was eager to see what the end result would look like. We were both thrilled with the outcome and now are looking to have him help us out with two other family heirlooms - a Singer Sewing Machine and a desk of the same vintage as the dresser drawer."
