"Berger's sent out a detailed description of how I was to measure my dining room table and enclosed mailing envelope for its return. Actually, I was expecting someone to come nd measure the table until I realized they were in Indiana! Still, the process went well. Took a bit longer than I thought but I am pleased with the high-quality table pad. Top of pad closely matches the actual grain and color of the oak farm table. "It went extremely well. I called Jason, owner of the company, to schedule the appointment. He was able to schedule my condo in less than a week. Michael was the man that was assigned to us. He called exactly at 8:00 a.m. to tell me he would be 15 minutes late. He arrived exactly 15 minutes later. Michael was totally professional, friendly and efficient. He went through my list repairing each item. He even went above and beyond what was on my list by repairing things I had not included. I asked him to use caulk to fill a hold on the rear of my bathroom counter. He noticed that the caulk on both sides of the counter needed extra caulk so he went ahead and completed the work. When fixing the window Michael noticed that the window shade did not go up properly. He removed the shade and fixed it so it would work properly."

"They were very helpful.  Installation was during very cold weather.  They did any cutting that needed to be done on our deck outside.  They cleaned up any mess and were very considerate of our property.  It took two full days and they worked from early morning until about 6:00 pm.  We love our cabinets now and the lighter color really makes the interior not so dark.
