Kevin looked at pictures and discussed various options while I looked at materials and made my choice. Estimate was a little better than the other one I got and was ultimately honored exactly. It wasn't exactly cheap but was like getting a good, new sofa for less than what the sofa originally cost. Pickup and redelivery were exactly as scheduled and very friendly.
