"Curtis was fantastic to work with. I have bedroom furniture from the 1960s that belonged to my in-laws. It has sentimental value to my husband so I wanted someone I felt like I could trust to do the refinishing. Curtis did a fantastic job on the furniture. The furniture was showing its age and he restored beautifully. His quote was very reasonable and he was very good at communicating with me. I cannot recommend him enough. If you need furniture refinished, Curtis is your man for the job."

"Steve was great! I messaged him through this site after our dog chewed holes on both ends of our leather sectional. He quickly replied and asked me to send pics of the damaged areas. After viewing the pics, he assured me that the damage was repairable and gave me his quote. He was able to come out a few days later and worked his magic. Both areas look great! I never thought they would have turned out as good as they did and am so glad we didn’t have to replace the sofa."

"Highest reviews to Star Upholstery for customer service and quality of work. The sofa and love seat are better than new! I would definitely hire Star Upholstery again."

"Great job refinishing a 40 year old Thomasville bedroom end table and repaired a lattice back dinning room chair"

"Very knowledgeable and great at explaining what he would do for he repair, and how he arrived at the price. We felt confident and comfortable with McKenzie fir the start."

"Josue is kind, communicative, passionate, efficient, reliable, and his ability to take a vision to the next level - creating a work of art - is unmatched. This was a big ask - to convert a huge open dining to a bespoke parlor/library - within a couple of weeks. As particular as I am, I also trust this expert to bring the vision to life - this is beyond my expectations. His estimate was very competitive and the quality of the materials and craftsmanship is stellar. From estimate to install, he sourced, built, and installed within 2 weeks. I could not believe it! I wanted him to take some creative liberties and I am so glad I leaned into his process. He completely transformed this space; everyone that sees it marvels. I can not wait to collaborate with him on our next project. He is incredible!"

"The work was completed on schedule and for the agreed price. I was very happy with the work"
