"We had two chairs that were custom built circa 1940 by my wife's grandfather. We wanted to keep the chairs, but upgrade them a bit for a retro/modern feel. "It turned out very well. They were very accommodating, and they delivered as promised, and they were very forthright. They manufacture in making protective pads for tables. It wasn't as if they came to my home and did any service, they had to get me to send them a picture, and a template of the table, and then they make the pad from that. They were very proactive. There was something that I was ordering that wasn't correct, and they called to let me know it would be cost effective to not do what I was doing, and so they proactively they called to save me money basically."
