"Both Jeremy and Tammy are very interesting people who both seem to have a wide range of experience. They arrived a little late, but considering the time and attention they gave us, I can only imagine they were doing something over and above for their previous service visit.
Jeremy wasted little time getting to the task after listening to our thoughts and requests.
