"I received a table pad that was slightly damaged in shipping and the magnetic locking device did not work properly. I called about it and the woman I talked to was absolutely wonderful. She said they had a problem with the machine that made the locking mechanism work. The problem had been corrected and they would send me another. I did not have to return the defective one. They gave me a time that the new one would be done and delivered and their estimate was exact as to the time that it would take. They were highly professional and made me feel like I mattered to them. I am highly satisfied. The new one is perfect. They offered a good selection of finishes for the top and color for the bottom of the pads. The new pad was carefully packaged and arrived in terrific condition. I would highly recommend them to others wanting a good table pad."

"Now our shower floor re-glaze is failing, so ......Fortunately the company offers a five year guarantee. I don't look forward to having the fumes again, but that can't be helped. I have called and left a message with their answering service. Just a note.....we had a company come in to bid on replacing the tub & shower. They saw the failing shower pan re-glaze and commented that it was happening because it hadn't been cleaned and prepped properly, causing the failure. We hope that this won't keep happening. We've decided to try again rather than replacing. BTW....I didn't get to review the repair with all the changes in Angie's list, then a death in my family (our son) and an estate to handle which took a long time....so...............sorry about that...."

"In my opinion,  you should read the contacts carefully. Make sure the project manager is onsite, or available, when question arise. Jim Sittler was manager, but he had family emergency; he was not available to us. We did not know if the information that was given to us was being relayed correctly. They left job when it was 95% complete. We had to hire someone else to come and repair their work. There was also one thing that also bothered us too. We referred a friend to them. However, when our friend met with them, all they did was complain about us to our friends. This was not very professional. They kept tell our friend that we underpaid for the work that they did."
