There were two areas that left large bleed-through stains that did not fade as the carpet dried and there were issues with the edge cleaning. Eric returned and resolved the 2 issues with the bleed-through as well as cleaned up any edge issues that was pointed out. Credit to Eric for pointing out originally that this bleeding condition has the opportunity to occur especially when doing a 'pet treatment'."
