However, it was beat up pretty badly, and showed numerous areas of wear & tear. And after talking with Bob, he told me about his capability of restoring my furniture like new. I forgot to mention there were two other furniture restoration companies that told me the same thing. But following receipt of my pictures, they failed to contact me again. Anyway, Bob is the main person whom I communicated with. And, according to his word, Thomas Furniture Restoration came and picked up my bedroom set, restored it to like new condition, and returned it within a reasonable amount of time. "I read all of the outstanding reviews. I called Mr. O'harro on Monday & he came over that evening (on time)! In about 1 hr. he had the sofa fixed, he had me recline in it a few times of course to make sure everything was working properly. I paid him for his service & told him I will use him for a few other repairs (upholstering). Later on I sat on the sofa & It would not recline!! I called him at 9:00pm & he told me "I'll be there tomorrow morning". He called the next morning to say he was on his way. The sofa is fixed! He said "you have a 3 month warranty on the repair" Mr. O'harro is an exceptional man/business man! He does take pride in providing the best service & he make's sure his customer's are satisfied as stated in his description. Not just words, but by his actions. I am very happy!"
