The project took a full month longer than promised, largely because the contractor tried to handle everything himself without the necessary staff to complete the work on time. Even after the delay, the quality was poor. Within a month of completion, cabinet hinges began falling off and several doors would no longer close properly. When I contacted the contractor to fix these issues, he kept putting me off for weeks. Eventually, he told me it would cost an additional $850 to repair the same cabinets he had just installed. I expected professional workmanship and accountability, but instead I was left with subpar results, added costs, and ongoing frustration. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this contractor for any remodeling project."

"Edgar was excellent! I called his business early on a Sat, he was at our door by 10am. We were  thrilled with the immediate same-day response. He was professional, knowledgeable and quickly determined his approach to fix our dilemma. He transported the sofa to his shop worked his magic on the arm removal and by 3pm our daughter had the sofa in her apartment, all put back together; good quality workmanship.

"Well, initially the results were sub-par to my standards. There were two areas that left large bleed-through stains that did not fade as the carpet dried and there were issues with the edge cleaning. Eric returned and resolved the 2 issues with the bleed-through as well as cleaned up any edge issues that was pointed out. Credit to Eric for pointing out originally that this bleeding condition has the opportunity to occur especially when doing a 'pet treatment'."
