He said he would be there within the hour and he was. Monty, the supervisor assessed the severity of the damage and was very kind. Gary, the owner then called me to let me what needed to be done. Air movers, dehumidifiers, dry wall needed to be cut-out, ceiling had to be dropped and new carpet. He contacted the insurance company and was able to relocate my tenants into a hotel for two weeks.
