We have been in business for over forty years. We do furniture repairs of all kinds to wood, upholstery and leather. We do some work in the home when possible and have a shop to perform other repairs such as refinishing and complete upholstery.

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Ron and his crew did an excellent job extending my bathroom including a new roof and foundation, installing all new plumbing for the bathroom and a waterline for my house. They were always on time, came when they said they would, were easy to work with and worked hard all day. The price very fair. He is very versatile not only in remodeling my now beautiful bathroom but also extending my porch and grating my dirt driveway. If i had a question, he always answered it. He is very innovative and provides high quality workmanship. He is professional, honest and has integrity. The results of his work are way above my expectations. In addition to building, etc., he also fixed my brand new leaking water heater and an outside water leak. i am so happy. He is always willing to help in a timely manner. i would definitely recommend Ron and his crew."

"Thomas was the lead and he was extremely professional. He kept everything moving smoothly and made sure the other boys were doing their jobs correctly, wrapping furniture, breakables, dismantling furniture correctly. He was in there sweating right along with them. All the other boys were very pleasant and hard working. At the end of the day when everything was being reassembled I noted the bed was reassembled correctly. It turned out that a critical connecting tool was missing. Lost or left at old house? Thomas was willing to drive back to search for it and return it and assemble the bed appropriately. The integrity and professionalism that was so apparent with these young men was a refreshing change from many other companies who have a "Greet 'um, Treat 'um, and Street 'um"! I will absolutely recommend and will use this company again.

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
