"5 Stars -- Needed to have a part of the footboard on my bed refinished due to overzealous polishing on my part. Called Woodwise On-Site Furniture Repair and I am so glad I did. Communications with Dave were excellent. On the appointed day, Dave arrived on time and followed the Covid-19 protocol of wearing a mask which he kept on the whole time he was in my home. Dave is clearly an artist at color matching as the refinished portion of the footboard is a seamless match to the part that did not need refinishing.. His attention to detail also extended to cleaning up the work area upon completion of the job. His price was more than fair for the quality of the work. I highly recommend."

"I read all of the outstanding reviews. I called Mr. O'harro on Monday & he came over that evening (on time)! In about 1 hr. he had the sofa fixed, he had me recline in it a few times of course to make sure everything was working properly. I paid him for his service & told him I will use him for a few other repairs (upholstering). Later on I sat on the sofa & It would not recline!! I called him at 9:00pm & he told me "I'll be there tomorrow morning". He called the next morning to say he was on his way. The sofa is fixed! He said "you have a 3 month warranty on the repair" Mr. O'harro is an exceptional man/business man! He does take pride in providing the best service & he make's sure his customer's are satisfied as stated in his description. Not just words, but by his actions. I am very happy!"
