With remodeling, painting, installing furniture, tearing down decks, building decks, installing countertops, and cabinets to name a few things I have worked with before in wood working. "I had Pro Tech repair two pieces of wooden furniture. They were very cordial and professional. They worked very hard when they were here and treated my furniture very carefully. Both pieces look MUCH better than before!! Although this is the only service I used them for, I believe their specialty is HVAC and I would try them for that if I had the need."

"Randy did a very good job and I actually used him for additional jobs that I had not initially intended to do once I saw the quality of his work.  He provided a detailed written estimate of the work.  He also worked closely with me in selecting paint from numerous samples.  He painted our kitchen, family room, master bedroom (which included two colors, removing an old border and a tray ceiling) and the master bath.  He also removed wallpaper and painted two additional bathrooms.  He cleaned and provided touch up on our kitchen cabinets which were pickled wood so he had to actually mix a paint that would work.  We had some wood damage on the front entrance to our home.  He connected me with a carpenter who did a great job in replacing the wood and repairing the damage and then Randy painted the entrance.  Randy was very neat during the entire job and never left a mess.  I worked out of my home at the time and he worked so quietly that I rarely ever heard him. We were very pleased with his work and would definitely use him again.

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
