In preparation, he meticulously prepped (sanded and patched) our existing wood cabinets. He utilized specialized furniture paint for a long-lasting and perfect finish. He replaced aging hardware and repaired a faulty rolling shelf. A trustworthy businessman. A perfectionist. He and his wife Inez are among the loveliest, kindest people I have ever met. Not cheap. "Both pieces were finished beautifully. All damage has been repaired in a way that makes the repairs just blend in with the piece. The console table was also made sturdier. Each piece has been restored to have the natural amount of patina that would accompany their age, so they both look like they were well taken care of instead of looking like they are brand new. Luciano takes obvious pride in what he does. He came to the house, examined each piece, explained their history and the techniques that were used to build them, described how he would propose refinishing them, provided an estimate, etc. When he left to take the pieces to his workshop, I was eager to see what the end result would look like. We were both thrilled with the outcome and now are looking to have him help us out with two other family heirlooms - a Singer Sewing Machine and a desk of the same vintage as the dresser drawer."

Arnaldo was/is (the project is no finished yet - waiting for materials) one other the most honest and truthful contractors I have ever dealt with. I had extensive water damage to a room that had to be taken to stud inside and out to repair the damage. Arnaldo always presented multiple options as we discovers more damage and I felt he was working on his home as he was performing the repairs. We agreed on the fair price he quoted and he took our shutter with him on Tuesday. He returned it totally repaired on Wednesday. We asked him if he knew anyone who would reupholster our kitchen chair seats and he said that he could do it. He took one on Tuesday as a test. He returned it on Wednesday at the same time as the shutter and it was perfect. Again he gave us a very fair price for the work and he took the rest of our chairs with him to recover them.
