I spent 3-4 hours over several days in their show room trying and re-trying different mattresses.  Darby Hiott, the owner, was very helpful.  He answered all of my questions, but did not hover while I spent all of this time in his show room.  He knew his products intimately and could easily explain the differences between all of the mattresses and why they were priced the way they were.  All of the members of his staff were polite and helpful.

I appreciate that he came so quickly and seemed to recognize the problem right away. Thankfully he came back after getting stung by five or more yellow jackets while doing his initial evaluation.
