"It went extremely well. The work involved extensive spackling due to headboards having been mounted on the walls. That work was expertly done. The interior walls look wonderful and the trim and cornice boards were beautifully done as well. In addition, the place was left in immaculate condition. The cost was very reasonable, competitive, and I feel that every penny was well-spent. I will certainly hire Roxine and her crew again and, without hesitation, recommend her to my friends."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Fidel returned my call promptly and arrived on time to estimate an 18-ft ceiling repair, plus painting. He is fluent in English (his crew varies in language skill) and said all the right things! We decided to have him paint the interior LR/DR walls as well. He provided references. They arrived at precisely the agreed upon time and day. One full day for repairs, second day for sanding and ceiling (spray), third day for walls. They worked from 8 to 4 with a lunch break. They cleaned up each evening before leaving, and at the conclusion of the job. This was a big job (5 gals wall paint) and there was little left. He offered to buy more for me to have on hand! We are immensely satisfied with his work ethic and his character. Great job, Fidel, Pancho and Fernando! I am pleased to offer myself as a reference."
