The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"I ordered half my windows and they did a great job. The installation went well and they cleaned the windows inside and out. I decided to order the other windows. This time they did not clean the windows and when I asked to have them cleaned because I did not want to have to take screens off because I was remodeling a house, I was told they do not clean the factory glue because it would take too much time. That is not what I watched the first go round but I was not there the second time. Needless to say, I feel like they did not want to take the time the second time because I did not need anymore. It is unfortunate that now I have to do this. Disappointed in the final results."
