"Came to provide estimate to repair what appeared to be broken window. After looking at it, advised only needed to scrape off some old tinting film. Didn't want to charge us, but we did pay him something for his time and help. Honest and professional. Plan to use again for other window items."

"excellent service - timely and great communication. Looked for the most effective at least cost solution while presenting alternatives. Would definitely recommend over every other Glass Company in Triad area -- including the "big one" that caused the problem."

"Palmetto Protection Films did such a great job and their family run company is a pleasure to work with. Kristy and Matt know what they're doing! I liked the privacy of the window tint so much, I hired them to come back and install the film on 3 more sets of windows! Absolutely recommend."

"A pleasure to work with. Arrived at the scheduled time for our consult and was able to perform the service immediately. We needed solar reflective tint on our storm door. He explained all the benefits of the film and demonstrated the difference in heat before installing. Great work at a great price. Highly recommend."

"Within five minutes of my first inquiry on the Internet, I received a phone call from the technician for Hess. He made an appointment to come over the same afternoon and he was prompt and very good at his job. He knew exactly what to do and actually put up a paper shade for me while I waited for the blinds to come in. He gave me a time frame for when I could expect the blinds and he called me as soon as they arrived and made another appointment to come in into my home and install them. I thought he was extremely knowledgeable, and very considerate of me. He was very businesslike, prompt, and intelligent. I would hire him again in a minute!"

"It has worked out so well for me and my family. And yeah, please do it all day. Please let me know if I can help. Please let me know when I get home, and I will be home in the next few days. Please let me know if I can get you a text or text me or text or call me when I can."
