We were genuinely pleased with the staff, service & selection at Lighthouse Shower Doors. Mary's courteous & helpful nature combined with Dan's expert advice and precision in measuring (for ex. contractor thought only slider was an option but Dan assured us that a shower door was another way to go) made for a wonderful experience. The installation crew was personable and professional.
Overall, Lighthouse was great! Feel at ease to put everything in their hands - they know what they are doing and are worthy of your trust. For young business owners, they have an old-time honest business approach. Quite likeable and highly recommended!

Francisco was on time, extremely polite and professional, very precise and accurate, excellent workmanship and he did not try to hurry the job. He replaced 8 windows that had leaky seals. Our experience with Polanco Bros Landscaping was amazing. The owner Hugo and his workers were all very professional, kindhearted and the final results far exceeded our vision for our front yard. We've had neighbors stop us and talk to us for the first time since we moved to Queens. This is how breathtaking the landscaping results turned out to be, that people who never spoke to us, found a way to tell us how amazing the work was. Lee was very professional and considerate. He took care of a broken window at a rental property that I own. He communicated directly with the tenant and kept me well informed as to what he was proposing to do throughout the entire process. Michael Ball installed my shower doors. He is the same person who I discussed the product with at their warehouse and who measured the bath prior to confirming the order. He is a soft spoken seasoned pro who provides a sense of trust and confidence. The reason for the average customer service is the delay from whey I ordered the doors to when they were installed. Originally I was told 3 weeks and it was over six weeks and that was only after I called twice. It appeared my job order was lost or misplaced.

From the first phone conversation I had with Mark, I knew I was speaking with a professional. I asked several questions about replacing my shower doors and he was always prompt with an answer. Our first communication was Dec. 6th and the doors were installed today, Dec. 23rd. Fast turn-around on the order and the quality of the installation is excellent! Layr installed UV protection film on my windows and were a thoroughly professional outfit from beginning to end. Their crew is experienced and friendly and inspired confidence from my first phone call to the project's conclusion.
