"We placed our order at Lowe's on October 22nd. Graber guaranteed installation in 25 days. Core Interiors received the shutters on November 12th and installed them on November 16th, well in advance of the 25 day deadline. The quality and installation of the shutters is excellent. The installer, Kirk was prompt and courteous. One frame was not manufactured correctly, replacement parts are on order, although the shutter is is still usable. (Wrong location of magnets.) We will be purchasing more Graber shutters from Lowe's with installation by CORE LLC"
