"They were super. They get an A+++ on everything. The price was fine, good. Quality was excellent. They were very personal, very professional. They were very exact on measurements and all that. They came out, put it in and cleaned up everything and just did an overall really good job. My husband was really happy. What they do. because it was a double pane window, they came out and did the measurements and stuff, then they put the order in for the glass. It was less than two weeks and they came back and put the new one in and that didn't take long either. They had to make the glass specifically to what you need so you know there is going to be a wait on that."

He was incredibly responsive, answered all my questions, and gave me a "best guess" number over the phone even before he had seen the window that was being replaced. He then showed up with his team (exactly on time) and they did the measurements and were right on with their initial estimate. The glass was a few weeks out to order (given the size) but right when they got it, Sean called and set up a delivery. Again, they were right on time within the window that they said for doing the install and were quick to get the old window out, and the new one put in place.
