"Quick and efficient. Kept the broken glass swept."

"Install took place over two days (it was getting dark and the crew ran out of glass so they had to come another day to finish). They were quick, professional, and they worked with me on price and installments since it was a large job and I didn't have the finances available due to COVID related hardship."

"After decades of wanting them but having higher priorities, we finally got black window-screens after losing electricity last month during the hurricane. As I saw on a YouTube video, black screens sort of disappear when you look through them (you can still see them). The gray/silver types tend to reflect the light and become obvious (in my opinion). Doug Conner did all the field-work; measuring, and coming back in a week to install. The price was well below any other estimates, and the screens are top quality. Our windows are no longer perfectly square, but he had the skill and experience to get it right. I gave a 4 for two reasons. First, he got tied up on another project, but did not call us to say he would be two days late to install. Second, the manufacturer failed to make one screen, and had the rest wrapped up in a way that made it impossible for Doug to count accurately. If he took apart the packaging to check, he risked them getting knocked out of square during transport. But, true to his word, he was back the next day with a rush-job to install it."

"I did not see the option, but I received window tinting. The man who installed it was on time and did and excellent job."

"Well worth the price and workmanship. Gary’s took the time to explain in simple terms about what type of window tints good for me. I had other quote from other companies and they showed me they are competitive with their price. When the 2- men crew showed to do the work, they were fast and efficient. Very friendly and cleaned all they mess before they left. If and when I need more residential window tints I would definitely call Gary! They also took over my window warranty as they were less than a year old at the time."

"Alex was not only very knowledgeable about all product options available for my project, but he provided multiple samples for us to choose from and provided excellent installation! Alex was very patient, very accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we envisioned. He tone the time to make two trips out- 1) first visit was a thorough consultation and provided multiple product samples to choose from, and 2) second was the installation. Our doors came out exactly as we had hoped, and Alex went above and beyond to protect our hardwood floors during installation with multiple layers of protection! Not only is it clear that he is great at and enjoys what he does, but he also enjoys helping out the community. Thank you Alex for all that you do to help homes and businesses all around Houston to protect and amplify our windows!!"

"This company was recommended by my contractor AND is highly rated on Angie's List. They were quick to respond, on time for EVERY appointment, and the installers were fast and cleaned up after the installation. The finished product is absolutely stunning! The existing frame in one room was framed and looks beautiful..... No longer looks like a builder installed mirror. The master bath has 3 different size walls which required different size custom mirrors and exact placement of the mirrors to look balanced. Ashton Reed was prompt, professional, and has a GREAT eye for coming up with a design that compliments the room! The end result is better than I could have ever dreamed! If you are looking for something to make your bathroom look like a luxurious spa then I recommend Mirrorcle Frames!

"Cory was the installer. The only problem I had with Cory was his ETA. Yesterday at 3 PM was the original installation date. After two delays, I requested he install my mirror this morning. It was after 10:30 AM when it was installed. He did not have a paper invoice. I requested he email it, and as of this minute, nothing. Lacking a bit on the professionalism and delivery. Cannot comment on the price - I have nothing to compare."
