"Be specific about the task and get it in writing. Had to have a light fixture removed to replace mirror. On the phone they said no problem. One crew removed it but since one mirror was the wrong size they had to come back at a later time. When they returned the mirror was a little to long, but they cut it and it fit. But I had to beg the crew to reinstall the light fixture. He said they usually do no do it. Also, the crew did not where a mask all the time, espically one of them."

"We had them install UV protective coating on our windows. They gave me a fair quote, scheduled the installers in a reasonable time frame and showed up. Their workers were careful with our stuff and cleaned up after themselves. It is a pleasure not to have to close our blinds all day long now to protect our art and furnishings."
