We worked out a time for them to come out to measure the window. There was a conflict on my parti and I had to push back the appointment by one week. There was no issue with the schedule change and no pressure on me to reschedule. Gino and his father came out the following week after we scheduled a different time. They gave me a very reasonable price. The window was installed two days later. They were professional, easy to work with, and responsive. It was a very good experience.
