The employee who helped me (I think his name was Armando) put in extra time to finish my car AND waited for me to finish work to pick up my car. I was told that it takes about a week for any "imperfections" to disappear and if they don't, it was emphasized that I can and should come back to get it fixed. It's too early to tell if there will be any problems, but not only do I not expect there to be, but if t here are, I have no doubt that they will fix them perfectly. "Our shower enclosure was 21 years old, aluminum framed mess. We thought our only chance was replacing the unit with another aluminum framed system. Terry , T S Glass, suggested that 3/8 frameless glass could be a replacement. We thought our shower was a lost cause and could only be saved by a total bath remodel. The new glass enclosure is stunning. The fit and install looks to be perfect. Our funky bathroom now looks like a spa. There was one hiccup as a custom corner piece was not machined properly, Terry corrected this in a week. I would hire TS Glass again in an instant."

"I had a couple of companies come out and give me price quotes, and Robert from Tint San Diego seemed to be the most up-front and honest vendor, so I decided to go with them. I had initially planned on only tinting the south and west facing windows in my house as those windows catch the most sunlight, but decided to tint all of the windows after talking with Robert. I was not present for most if the day when Tint San Diego came out to do the job, but I was there when they started and returned just before completion. The installer was prompt and pleasant. He asked if he could use my restroom as needed, and asked if he could use the kitchen sink to get a drink of water as needed. When I returned the work was almost complete, the house was clean, and all furniture was back where it belonged. The window tinting worked as advertised. My house is now noticeably cooler.
