I sent some photos and they provided a quote over the phone. I was amazed how much detail and care they put into my issue (so many others dismissed my issue as small or tried to tell me I had to replace the whole enclosure). We booked an appointment for the next day and the guys arrived on time. They cleaned out the existing sealant, removed the clips and found the issue right away. The original installer did not properly seal around the clips. Guys resealed everything and we've yet to have a leak. I was impressed by their communication and professionalism. Hard to find. Highly recommend and would use in the future."

"It was pretty good. It’s better than it was but it makes a sound if we go at a certain speed and the wind comes in. We mainly got it replaced because there are all kinds of pits in the glass from going through the desert. We didn’t contact him or follow through because we had things going on. They were very nice and cooperative. I give them a C rating because of the noise and maybe it wasn't properly. It's not totally their fault either. There was no problem as far as the service."
