He was incredibly responsive, answered all my questions, and gave me a "best guess" number over the phone even before he had seen the window that was being replaced. He then showed up with his team (exactly on time) and they did the measurements and were right on with their initial estimate. The glass was a few weeks out to order (given the size) but right when they got it, Sean called and set up a delivery. Again, they were right on time within the window that they said for doing the install and were quick to get the old window out, and the new one put in place. It went perfectly, and it looks as good as new. I will use them again any time I have anything glass related 100%. Thanks guys."

When I told Ali I was trying to get my house on the market within the next week he went out of his way to expedite the glass and install it at no extra charge to me.
