"Edel has great customer service. Edel was ver professional and my bathroom came out beautiful."

"Dainier was great! Very pleasant to talk to and completely professional during the installation. Really was happy afterwards. He removed the old shower doors, cleaned the area, installed the new doors. The work area was completely clean and you wouldn't even know there had been work done."

"I was very pleased. I never had my windows look that clean. I recommend them to my Mom."

"I had our entire 2400 sq ft home done by Total Shield. The work is great save for a weird seam in our sliding glass door that you can see if the light catches it right. Otherwise you'd have no idea anything was done, which is great. Everything came together rather quickly and for what is was, it is pretty reasonably priced I think. Would have cost us about half (at least) to try to do it ourselves, but who knows how long it would have taken or how many times we would have messed it up (a lot is the answer). Assuming it works (though we'd prefer not to have to test it), we're very happy with it. The gentleman who installed it was incredibly nice and professional. It would have been nice to get a call maybe a day or two in advance to confirm the appointment. Had it not been for the tech getting stuck in traffic, once we paid our deposit, we didn't hear anything from the company until about 30 mins before our scheduled time. Not the biggest issue, just odd. We did have their contact information had they not shown up so not the biggest concern all things considered. Again, assuming the film works as claimed (we trust that it does), I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows protected."

"We needed to have the some of our window balancers replaced. Adam was the first to contact us immediatly, everyone else was a day late. He knew exactly what to do and explained the process. Did the windows he had part for and completed the job the next day. I would highly recommend this provider as he shows up on time and get the job done."

"I just want to say Andres, owner of Rolam Glass is a straight up, polite person. Our tempered glass in one of our barn doors shattered. Our intent was to replace it. Andres quoted me a price for exactly that work. However, the type of white frosted glass to match other door is from China. US made frosted temper has a different hue. When Andres arrived with the glass, we found that out. What Andres did was just amazing. He came back the next day with an exact match barn door and glass. He bought the door and did not charge me because he felt compelled to override the cost because of the delay in completing our project. In this day and age of price gouging and greed, Andres proved he does business to make every client happy. Without question, hire Rolam Glass.! Absolutely no worry about dishonesty or shoddy work. Genuine for sure. Tom K. In Tampa"

"I had new tinting places on my sliding glass doors as the old one was peeling off. The technician that came was quick, efficient and professional. My sliders look like new and I am very pleased. I highly recommend."

"Rodolfo has done many shower installs and has a significant portfolio of photo samples. He was able to replace our shower door in about a week. There was a bit of a language barrier (Spanish/English) but we overcame most of our miscommunications. He also removed our old shower door and frame and hauled off the old glass at no extra charge."

"Our windows needed a cleaning. We have a single family home. I contacted Tim and he answered all my questions thoroughly. He explained in detail how he cleans the windows and the products he uses to get wonderful results. We decided to book an appointment. Tim scheduled me with a date that we requested. He arrived promptly and well prepared. His work ethics and pleasant personality were impressive. He took great care in washing all my windows/ screens with such dedication. We live on a lake and our windows are so clean that we feel we are outside right beside the water. I have used other window washer companies in the he past and truthfully no one has even compared to Denali Window Services. I am definitely going to use Tim in the future and I truly believe you will not be disappointed with him and his service. Prices are very reasonable…. Give him a chance like we did and he will be the only one you will ever want for your home."
