"The day I went on line to HomeAdvisor, Matt showed up at our home to give us an estimate. He didn't simply call, he actually showed up! He gave us a reasonable estimate. Ours was a very small job - just a 24 foot section of gutter. Although he said he would install the following day, he didn't show up, but called late in the afternoon to see if he could reschedule for the following morning. His child was ill, so his arrival was delayed until around noon, but once he got here, he went right to work and did an outstanding job of installation.
