It is funny, the next night after they had finished it rained. It sounded strange so I went out to look. I had to laugh because it sounded strange because the down spouts and gutters were correct size for a metal roof, unlike my previous ones and installed correctly unlike my old ones. That is why it sounded different because all the water coming off roof stayed in the gutters instead of over flowing like my old ones did. "Arranged for the service to take place on a set date and asked that they contact me before starting. Did not hear anything on the date but when I returned home from work, it did appear that they had come and completed some cleaning of the gutters. It appears that some high areas of the house may still have some debris (I can see it poking above the edge of the gutters) so I am not convinced that the job was done thoroughly. One reason I like to be on-site to see the work being completed.
