"He went above and beyond - even remembering I had a concern about a possible hole in the roof by a vent and he checked it for me on the day they put the gutters on. I didn't really expect that. I had been searching for roof people to come out for that. He also included those plastic extenders for the spouts so the water doesn't come out right by the foundation. He even gave me one for the gutter on the sunroom that already existed which he wasn't working on. I had no problems getting him on the phone.
