He did a thorough inspection prior to making his bid, advised me that there were existing gutters I did not need to replace but that he could match with the new gutters, and satisfactorily answered all my questions. They even added about 150 feet of gutter guard that I supplied for just a very small fee, and I know it took them several extra hours of work. When I did my final inspection, I had a couple of small changes I wanted to make (even though James did exactly what I asked for initially), and he took care of it without question. The only thing that prevents me from giving him a 5-star rating was a scheduling issue that caused a ripple effect with my painting contractor.
