I cannot say enough good things about James Townsley.   He was very responsive in scheduling his appointment with me, and he arrived at the appointed time.  He examined my roof thoroughly and performed the minor roof sealing we had contracted for. He very clearly told me what repairs he felt my roof needed, and within a week he provided me with a written quote for the necessary roofing work he suggested.  My roof cupola top had also blown off during a recent storm, and while he was on my roof he replaced and secured the roof cupola top for me at no extra charge. He also helped me with a minor gutter repair.   I found Jim to be very professional, very thorough, very helpful, and very personable.  He works WITH you on all levels.  I would fully recommend him to anyone needing roofing repair or replacement.

"I initially wanted to hire this company to install gutter guards. They looked at the gutters and told me they were unnecessary because I have no trees around the house at all. Such honesty! They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out.
