The foreman was reachable and easy to talk to. The two man crew that worked on the house were very nice. I would recommend this company to family and friends. It is funny, the next night after they had finished it rained. It sounded strange so I went out to look. I had to laugh because it sounded strange because the down spouts and gutters were correct size for a metal roof, unlike my previous ones and installed correctly unlike my old ones. That is why it sounded different because all the water coming off roof stayed in the gutters instead of over flowing like my old ones did. "Ray responded quickly with an estimate that was very reasonable. I have a commercial building that needed two galvanized downspouts replaced. Replacement parts for galvanized gutters is hard to find but Ray went above and beyond to find exactly what I needed. He made several trips to Indpls to find them. We talked about replacing the downspouts with white aluminum but Ray said he wanted to do the job right and get galvanized so they would match. That is a quality that I don't see very often any more. Ray replaced the downspouts within a week. I am very pleased & will call him again."
